About Our Office
Our Bristol office serves as the base for our assessment team covering the South West and beyond. We also have assessors based in Leeds and Edinburgh, allowing us to serve properties throughout England, Scotland, and Wales efficiently.
Getting Here
The Riverside Business Park is located approximately 2 miles from Bristol city center. If traveling by car, follow signs toward Temple Meads station, then continue east on Feeder Road. The business park entrance is clearly marked on your right. Visitor parking is available directly in front of our building.
By public transport, the Number 36 and 48 buses stop at Riverside Business Park approximately every 15 minutes from Bristol city center. The journey takes about 12 minutes. From Temple Meads railway station, it's a 20-minute walk or short taxi ride.
What to Expect
While most of our work happens at client properties, you're welcome to visit our office for initial consultations or to discuss results in person. We have a small meeting room where we can review thermal images and reports together. Please email ahead to arrange a specific time, as our team is often out conducting assessments.

Current availability varies by region and season. During busier periods (autumn and winter when heating issues are most apparent), we typically book 2-3 weeks in advance. In quieter months, we can often schedule within a week. Rush assessments can sometimes be arranged for urgent situations.
Initial email or phone discussions are complimentary. We're happy to answer general questions, explain our services, and discuss whether an assessment makes sense for your situation. There's no charge unless you book a paid service.
Our service prices are listed on the services page and are generally fixed. The main variable is travel distance - properties beyond our normal coverage area may incur additional travel fees. We'll confirm the exact price when scheduling.
