Service Questions
On-site work typically takes 2.5-3 hours depending on property size and complexity. We then spend additional time analyzing results and preparing your detailed report, which is delivered within 5 working days. The follow-up consultation is scheduled at your convenience after you've had time to review the report.
We need access to all areas of your home including loft spaces, basements, and cupboards. Someone must be present to provide access, but you don't need to accompany the assessor throughout. Many clients appreciate seeing the thermal imaging in real-time, but others prefer to review everything in the detailed report afterward.
We maintain a list of contractors we've worked with successfully and can make introductions. However, you're free to use any contractor you prefer. We can review quotes, verify specifications are being met, and provide installation oversight regardless of who performs the work.
Our reports prioritize improvements by impact and cost-effectiveness. We identify what delivers the best return first, allowing you to implement changes gradually as budget permits. Many clients spread improvements over several years. We also help identify grant opportunities that can reduce costs significantly.
We cover England, Scotland, and Wales. Travel costs are included within approximately 50 miles of our base locations. Properties beyond that may incur additional travel fees, which we discuss when scheduling.
